Kids Aerial Yoga Programs
We offer three distinct Kids’ Aerial Yoga programs tailored to different age groups, each designed with developmentally appropriate objectives.
Our goal is to help children build self-confidence, resilience, and overcome self-doubt as they unlock their full potential.
Just like our adult aerial yoga classes, our kids' classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 6 students, to ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment
Little Flyers (Age 3-5)
Strengthen the parent-child bond through playful movements and interactive games!
Enhance motor skills, body awareness, and balance in young children.
Enjoy plenty of swinging, climbing, and fun flips together.
Learn and build you child’s strength through play on the aerial hammock
Schedule: Every Saturday @ 10-11 am

Junior Flyers (Age 6-10)
Discover exciting aerial poses and mini-flows in a fun, progressive program!
Each week builds on the last, ensuring steady growth and confidence.
Every session begins with a warm-up, introduces a themed journey or story (e.g., 'Under the Sea' or 'Creatures That Fly'), and guides students through creative exploration.
Sessions wrap up with engaging aerial games designed to enhance social skills and teamwork.

Aerial yoga enhances focus, coordination, and body awareness, which can boost kids' cognitive skills and academic performance.
Schedule: Every Saturday @ 1-2.30 pm

Teen Flyers (Age 10-15)
Explore a variety of aerial poses and graceful flows in a progressive program designed for growth.
Each session includes a warm-up, introduction to aerial techniques, poses, and concludes with piecing it all together into a flow.
Enhance confidence, skills, posture, flexibility, and strength while mastering aerial fundamentals.
Every class has a clear goal, whether it’s perfecting an aerial flow or advancing your techniques.
