All the necessary essentials for Mums & Bubs
Changing table in studio 04-01.
Lift-level access and stroller parking right in the studio.
We are a breastfeeding-friendly environment but if you prefer some privacy, we can arrange a private nursing area too.
Hot water dispenser available.
Bottle warmer available upon request.
Safety First
Playpen/ fence is specially set up within the Aerial Play Area.
Soft mats used for the aerial session.
Cleanliness
To maintain a safe and clean environment, please enjoy snacks and drinks in the designated areas away from the play and yoga spaces.

Playdate was the first workout i went to at 2 months postpartum. Teachers were very mindful towards us and the babies, and it became a thing where I got to work my body and meet other mummies. Plus, we get cute photos with our babies!

Your session stood out because there are extra hands to help with the babies while mums get into their poses, and that mums get time to go through the pose again if they were busy with their babies. I think that makes the world of difference!
